Abstract

This research is a combined study containing both qualitative & quantitative data and intending to evaluate the compatability of ?My Family? programme applied for adult training in terms of program development. The sampling of 300 attendees and 48 trainers were picked via gradual sampling method and used for research sampling group. In the qualitative dimension of the research, there study groups made up of 5 people who are total assigned experts of redesign of the aforementioned program, 15 graduates of the program picked according to maximum sampling method and 7 trainers who attend to focus group meeting.Concerning the analysis of quantitative data, researcher polled the sample groups by self-prepared questionnaires. The compiled data were analyzed via SPSS. median, mode ( ) and percentages (%), are employed in the study. For the answers given by two groups t-test was employed. Concerning the analysis of qualitative data, questions specified by the researcher were raised to the working groups. Descriptive analysis method was applied for the analysis of the interviews with the experts assigned to the restructuring of ?My Family? programme, the trainers who attend to focus group meeting, and also the program graduates.Research findings has proved that ?My Family? programme, in general, designed properly for planning of adult training process and was concluded as successful by the attendees as well as trainers.However, during the requirement analysis process of ?My Family? programme, it is concluded that insufficient data collected concerning attendees opinions about the programme, programme was not reevaluated during programme enhancement process, weekly training hours were stated to be not enough by the trainers and the budget spared for the program was insufficient. Furthermore, respectable number of problems occured in submitting the sufficient amount of source materials to the attendees in due time, lack of reimbursement of travelling expenses for home visits and lack of training classes in some regions.
