| dc.description.abstract | In this project, the ombudsman institute, working as a constitutional system in many countries, has been undertaken. The ombudsman, to whom people suffer from the activities of administration could apply and who has a large scale of supervisory power, is an institute that has been discussed within the process of Turkey?s adaptation to the European Union framework. In Turkey the ombudsman institute has settled on the legal ground with the ?The Public Auditor Institute Law? which has not yet come into effect. | tr_TR |

İdarenin eylemlerinden dolayı zarar gören vatandaşların başvurabildikleri ve geniş bir denetim yetkisine sahip ombudsman, Türkiye tarafından Avrupa Birliği'ne uyum süreci çerçevesinde tartışılan bir kurumdur. Ombudsmanlık kurumu Türkiye'de, halen yürürlüğe girmemekle birlikte ?Kamu Denetçiliği Kurumu Kanunu? ile yasal bir zemine oturmuştur. | tr_TR |
