Abstract

When reading commentaries on the Turkish people living in the territory of Russia mystical weight is evident in them. More scientific manner Ilmiye class post commentaries in Arabic reading public is usually translated into Turkic languages Tefsîrü Ebi'l-Leys es-Samarkand, Alia Tibyân Mevâhib-i are observed, such as reading commentaries. The main feature of this commentary is that they place too much rumor and mystical interpretations. Those that are not enriched in this point of such translators. This study is to examine the method of Muhammad Sadiq Tashilü'l Tefsiri'nin Declaration, and this commentary is intended to determine the location of the Turkish population living in Russia.
