Abstract
The aim of this study is accommodating what the occupational training programs that?s municipalites? policy of active labour that?s important daily problem of unemployment and what the effectiveness of these applications at the prevent of unemployment. Nowadays many countries are interfering the labour market at the front of increasing unemployment with the period of globalism. The authorized establishment is ISKUR to execute the active and passive labour programs in Turkey. But ISKUR is not enough to solve this problem as alone. In this case that?s needed a huge collaboration. In this context; the municipatilities in Turkey are executing many studies to find solution to unemployment problem where in that location. At the first section of study; we have mentioned that?s about how affected of actice labour policies from centralized applications in nowadays that??s increasing importance in day by day an why to be needed to active labour policies and its importance; after have mentioned that development of active labour policies, its effect at the prevent to unemployment and what these policies as generally. At the second section of study; has been mentioned about what the applying active labour policies in Turkey; after giving general information about employment and especially the structure of unemployyment in Turkey. The reason of accommodate to applying AIPP applications especially in Turkey is manifesting the coverage of these applications. At the third and the last section of study; we try to manifest to coverage and effect at the prevent to unemployment of these programs with exampled by occupational training programs that?s applying active labour policies of municipalities in Turkey; after has been giving information about general structure of local municipal system in Turkey.
