dc.description.abstractBu tez, taşrada mülteci kadın olmayı Kütahya'daki Somalili kadınların gündelik hayatları üstünden anlatmayı amaçladı. Araştırma; toplumsal cinsiyet, göçün kadınlaşması ve taşra- mekân kavramları üçgeninde kuruldu: Tezin yapısını toplumsal cinsiyet kavramı oluşturdu. Göçün kadınlaşması kavramı sahanın örneklem seçiminin de belirleyeni olarak varlık gösterdi. Taşra ise gündelik hayatın ve duyguların mekânı olarak tasvir sağladı. Kütahya'daki Somalili kadınlar ve ekosistemleri ile tezin sahası gerçekleştirildi. Tezde feminist yöntemin temel yaklaşımları kullanıldı, gömülü teori ve etnografiden yardım alındı. Somalili kadınların anlatıları, göç öncesi hayatları "Dün", Kütahya'daki hayatları "Bugün" ve gelecek tahayyülleri "Yarın" başlıklarıyla anlatıldı. Somalili mülteci kadınların Kütahya'daki gündelik hayatlarına, taşranın olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri analiz edildi. Sahanın bulguları şaşkınlık, yabancı, ayrımcılık, ırkçılık, taciz olarak hassasiyetle tanımlandı ve birbirinden ayrıldı. Araştırma; Kütahya'daki Somalili kadınlar için Kütahya'nın sadece bir uydu kent olmadığını belirtip taşranın gündelik hayatlarını etkileyen bir mekân olduğunu görünür kıldı. Politika üretiminde dikkat edilmesi gereken sosyal gerilim kavramına dikkat çekildi. Yeni araştırmalara ve politika üretimine öneriler ile tez sonlandırıldı. This thesis aims to describe being a refugee woman through the daily lives of the Somalian women in Kutahya. The research was based on the triangle of concepts of the gender, the feminization of immigration and small cities- space: The concept of gender constitutes the framework of the thesis. The concept of feminization of immigration was a determinant in the selection of the sample of the field. The small cities provided a description as the space of everyday life and emotions. The field of the thesis was established with the Somalian women and their ecosystems in Kutahya. The fundamental approaches of the feminist method was used in the thesis, the grounded theory and ethnography were used for assistance. The narratives of the Somalian women were described under "Yesterday" for their pre-immigration lives, under "Today" for their lives in Kutahya, and under "Tomorrow" for their envisagement for the future. The positive and negative effects of the small cities on the daily lives of the Somalian refugee women in Kutahya were analysed. The findings from the field were described and separated from each other with sensitivity as confusion, being a foreigner, discrimination, racism, and harassment. The research brought into the view not only that Kutahya is not solely a satellite city for the Somalian women in Kutahya but also that the small city is a space that affects their daily lives. The thesis also draws attention to the concept of social tension, which should be taken into account in the development of policies. The thesis is concluded with recommendations for the new research to be conducted and for the development of policies.tr_TR
