| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; sanayide sıkça kullanılan ve akuatik ekosistemlerde toksik etki yapan çinko klorür (ZnCl2) metal tuzunun Daphnia magna (Straus,1820) (Crustacea: Cladocera) üzerine 24 saatlik LC50 değerlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.24 saatlik deney periyodu sonunda her bir kaptaki hareketli Daphnialar sayılmış, yüzemeyen bireyler hareketsiz olarak dikkate alınmış, hareketsizlik yüzdesine; %0-%100 karşılık gelen derişimler belirlenmiş ve LC50 değeri hesaplanmıştır.Çinko klorürün 24 saatlik LC50 değeri Dapnia magna bireylerinde probit analiz yöntemine göre 11,63 mg/L olarak saptanmıştır. Ayrıca Behrens-Karber yöntemi ile 24 saatlik LC50 değeri 10,76 mg/L olarak hesaplanmıştır.Abstract The objective of this study is, to determine the 24 hours LC50 values of water flea (Daphnia magna) subjected to zinc chloride (ZnCl2) salt that is used in industries which generates toxic effect in aquatic ecosystems.At the end of 24 hours experiment period, number of immobile flea was notificed and evaluated. Between 0%-100% percent mobility range had been determined and LC50 value was calculated.The 24h LC50 value of zinc chloride (ZnCl2) on Daphnia magna was found to be 11,63 mg/L according to Probit Analysis. Besides, findings obtained from experiment was also practiced at Behrens Karber Method and was calculated as 10,76 mg/L. | |
