| dc.description.abstract | Türkmen Türkçesinin ağız araştırmaları genellikle Türkmenistan toprakları ile sınırlı kalmış ve komşu ülkelerde konuşulan ağızlar henüz yeterince araştırılmamıştır. Türkmenistan'da kullanılan Yomut ağzı birkaç araştırmaya konu edilmiş ancak İran coğrafyasında yaygın olan Yomut ağzı, tatmin edici bir şekilde incelenmemiştir. İran'ın Türkmen Sahra bölgesinde konuşulan Yomut ağzını konu edinen tez çalışmamızda, 2016-2017 yıllarında Gülistan Vilayetinin Günbed-i Kavus, Maravadepe, Kümüşdepe, Akgala, Bender Türkmen, Aliabad ve Ramiyan olmak üzere yedi ilinde yer alan 35 yerleşim biriminden ve toplam 63 konuşurdan derlenen ses malzemesi, dilbilimsel yöntemlerle ele alınmıştır. Alan araştırmasında elde edilen ses malzemesi, 2015 yılında yayımlanan ve 2020 yılında revize edilen IPA versiyonu ile yazıya aktarılıp gramatikal dizini hazırlandıktan sonra Yomut ağzının dil özellikleri, eşsüremli ve bazen artsüremli ve karşılaştırmalı olarak fonetik ve çekim morfolojisi açısından tetkik edilmiştir. Tez çalışması İran Yomut ağzının yayılım alanı, ağız özellikleri ve söz konusu ağzın Türkmen Türkçesi ve Ortak Türkçe içerisindeki konumunu tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve altı bölümden oluşmaktadır: Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu ve türü ve ayrıca malzemenin elde edilişi ve işlenişi gibi genel konulara değinilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Yomut Türkmenlerinin ortaya çıkış süreci, tarihi, boy teşkilatı ve günümüzde yaşadıkları coğrafya açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde Türkmen ağız bilimi ile ilgili açıklamaların ardından Yomut diyalekt alanı, bu bağlamda yapılan araştırmaların geçmişi ve tasniflere göre Yomut ağzının konumu ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Yomut ağzının betimlemeli sesbilgisi, dördüncü bölümde ise Yomut ağzının çekim biçim bilgisi incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde ses malzemesinin yazılmasıyla elde edilen metinler ve altıncı bölümde de söz konusu metinlerin açıklamalı ve gramatikal sözlük-dizini verilmektedir. | dc.description.ozet | Dialect study of Turkmen Turkish has usually been limited to the territory of Turkmenistan, and the dialects spoken in neighboring countries have not yet been adequately investigated. The Yomut dialect used in Turkmenistan has been the subject of several studies, but the Yomut dialect spoken in the geography of Iran has not been examined satisfactorily. In our thesis study on Yomut dialect spoken in the Turkmen Sahara region of Iran, audio material compiled 2016-2017 from 35 settlements and a total of 63 informants in seven regions of Gulistan Province, namely Gonbad-e Kavus, Maraveh Dapeh, Kumish Dapeh, Aq Qaleh, Bandar Torkman, Ali Abad and Ramiyan is investigated according to linguistic methods. Initially the audio material obtained in the field research was transcribed into IPA version published in 2015 and revised in 2020, and the grammatical index was prepared, then, the linguistic characteristics of Yomut dialect were examined synchronically and diachronically and sometimes comparatively in terms of phonology and inflectional morphology. The thesis study aims to determine the geographic distribution of the Iranian Yomut dialect, its dialectological characteristics and the position of this dialect in Turkmen Turkish and Common Turkish. Our study consists of an introduction and six sections: In the introduction section, the subject and type of research, as well as general topics such as the collection and analysis of the material are discussed. In the first chapter, the process of emergence of Yomut Turkmens, their history, tribal organization and the geography in which they live today are explained. In the second chapter, after the explanations related to Turkmen dialect study, the Yomut dialect area, the history of research carried out in this context and the position of the Yomut dialect according to the classifications are discussed. In the third part, the descriptive phonology and in the fourth part, inflectional morphology of the Yomut dialect are examined. In the fifth part, the texts acquired through transcribing the audio material and in the sixth part, the annotated and grammatical dictionary-index of the texts in question are given.
