Abstract
Globalization process has caused lots of changes in societies and organizations. These changes are not only at the structure, economy and relationships of organizations; but the qualities of the employees at the same time. Employees have become people not only working by bodyforce but also by brainforce. Their level of education has increased, demand and expectations have changed. These improvements of employees have reflected their working styles, thoughts and shape of organizing inside the organization. All these changes have become foreground the human resources management.The organizations, who aims increase in revenue, provide continuity and advantage of the competition, understand that variety of products,tecnology and process management are not enough to create difference and they intensify on human factor and culture of organization. It has been started to think that organizations who have loyal manpower and specific organization culture, are going to become successful in the present competition conditions.In this study, it is going to be investigated the relationship between human resources management and specific organizational culture of organizations.
