| dc.description.abstract | IX. yüzyılın başlarından itibaren Karadeniz'in kuzey kesimlerinde farklı oluşumlar meydana gelmişti. Bu hareketlilik, bu sahada güçlü siyasi unsurların birbirleriyle karşı karşı gelmesine yol açtı. Batı Göktürk Devleti'ne bağlı Türk boylarından biri olan Peçenekler iç ve dış dinamiklerin etkisiyle Türkistan'dan göç hareketine başlayarak Karadeniz kuzeyindeki bozkırlara ulaşmışlardı. Diğer yandan Avrupa tarihinde bir döneme İskandinavlar (Vikingler) olarak damgasını vuran ve doğuda Ruslar şeklinde adlandırılan ulus, Özi merkezli bir Kiyev Rus Devleti oluşturmuşlardı. Her iki ulus, temas kurdukları andan itibaren Bizans Devleti (Doğu Roma)'in, Hazarların, Macarların, Bulgarların kaderlerinde birçok değişikliğin yaşanmasında birincil rol oynamışlardı. Bu tez çalışmasında Peçenekler ve Rusların siyasi, askerî, ekonomik ve sosyal ilişkileri ele alınarak, uluslarası düzlemde meydana getirdikleri değişiklikler anlatılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | From the beginning of the 9th century, different political formations had occurred in the northern parts of the Black Sea. This variability has led three powerful political elements to oppose each other in this field. The Pechenegs, one of the Turkish tribes affiliated with the Western Göktürk Khaganate, started their migration movement from Turkistan with the influence of internal and external dynamics and reached the steppes in the north of the Black Sea. On the other hand, the nation that marked a period in European history as the Scandinavians (Vikings) and known as Russians in the east formed an Ozi River-centered Kievan Russian State. Both nations had played a primary role in many changes in the destinies of the Byzantine State (Eastern Rome), Khazars, Hungarians, and Bulgarians from the moment they came into contact. In this thesis, the political, military, economic, and social relations of the Pechenegs and the Russians are discussed and the changes they have brought about on the international level are explained. | tr_TR |
