| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın konusu güneş elektrik santrali işletilmesinden doğan kusursuz sorumluluk halleridir. Güneş elektrik santrali, güneş enerjisinin girdi olarak kullanıldığı elektrik üretim tesisidir. Bu santraller elektrik mevzuatımızda teşviklerinin de etkisiyle ülkemizde hızla yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu sebeple güneş elektrik santrallerinin meydana getirdiği zararlar ve bu zararlardan meydana gelecek kusursuz sorumluluk halleri incelenmesi gereken bir konudur. Çalışmamızda bu husus irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca bu sorumlulukların sonuçları ve bir arada bulunduğu haller üzerinde durulmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | The subject of this study is the cases of strict liability arising from the operation of the solar power plant. Solar power plant is electricity generation systems in which solar energy is used as input. These power plants are spreading rapidly with hte effect of incentives in our electricity legislation. For his reason, the damages arising from the operation of solar power plant and the cases of strict liability arising from these damages are an issue that needs to be examined. In our study, this issue was examined. In addition, the consequences of these responsibilities and their coexistence are emphasized. | tr_TR |
