| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada siyasal katılımı etkileyen unsurların geniş bir incelemesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle siyasal katılımın toplumsal cinsiyet, siyasal yeterlik, sistemi meşrulaştırma ve dini yönelim ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. İkinci olarak ise siyasal katılımın cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, sosyo-ekonomik düzey, siyasal görüş ve dindarlık gibi demografik değişkenlerle ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklem grubu 302 kişiden oluşmuştur (K=166, E=136). Veri toplama araçları olarak Demografik Bilgi Formu, Politik Katılım Ölçeği, Bem Cinsiyet Rolü Envanteri, Politik Yeterlik Ölçeği, Sistemi Meşrulaştırma Ölçeği ve Dini Yönelim Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları araştırmanın temel değişkenlerinden erkeksilik, siyasal yeterlik ve sorgulayıcı dini yönelimin siyasal katılımı anlamlı ve pozitif yönde yordadığını göstermiştir. Diğer temel değişkenlerin siyasal katılım üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi bulunamamıştır. Demografik değişkenlerden cinsiyet, eğitim ve siyasal görüşün siyasal katılımı anlamlı ve pozitif yönde; dindarlığın ise anlamlı ve negatif yönde yordadığı bulunmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmanın temel değişkenlerinin cinsiyet etkisi ile farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçları erkeklerin siyasal yeterlik, sistemi meşrulaştırma ve köktendincilik düzeylerinin kadınlarınkinden yüksek olduğunu göstermiştir. Kadınların ise sorgulayıcı dini yönelim düzeylerinin erkeklerinkinden yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | In this study, it was aimed to examine factors affecting political participation widely. For this purpose, firstly the relation of political participation with gender, political efficacy, system justification and religious orientation was examined. Secondly, the relation of political participation with demographic variables such as gender, educational level, socio-economic level, political view and religiosity was discussed. The sample of the study included 302 individuals (W=166, M=136). Demographic Survey, Political Participation Scale, Bem Gender Role Inventory, Political Efficacy Scale, System Justification Scale and Religious Orientation Scale for Muslims were used to collect data. Research findings showed that masculinity, political efficacy and Quest Religious Orientation, as the main vaiables of the research, were significant and positive predictors of political participation. However, results showed that there was no significant effect of other main variables on political participation. Gender, education and political view, as the demographic variables of the study, were the positive and significant predictors of political participation. Also religiosity, as a demographic variable, was significant and negative predictor of political participation. Moreover, it was examined whether the main variables of the study differed by gender effect. The results showed that the levels of men's political efficacy, system justification and fundamentalism were higher than the levels of women. On the other hand, it was found that women have higher levels of quest religious orientation than men. | tr_TR |
