| dc.description.abstract | Developments in information technologies and the resulting increase in the volume of documents produced in institutions have made the manageability of documents difficult. With the transfer of the documents to the archives, the archives facilitate this difficult situation that occurs in the management of the documents with the help of technology. The contributions of technology in archiving will bring different changes and innovations with the effective use of artificial intelligence today and in the future. In this study, examples of the uses of artificial intelligence in archiving are presented, and the innovations and developments that will be added at the point of professional change are mentioned. Due to the lack of sufficient Turkish literature on the subject, it is aimed to contribute to the literature. Detailed studies and sampling have been made based on local and foreign literature on the use of artificial intelligence in archiving. Finally, a strategy principle model has been developed and suggestions that will contribute to the application of this technology, which is not widely used in archives, are presented. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | Bilgi teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler ve buna bağlı olarak kurumlarda üretilen belge hacminin artması belgelerin yönetilebilirliğini zorlaştırmıştır. Belgelerin arşivlere devrolması ile birlikte arşivler, belgelerin yönetilmesinde ortaya çıkan bu zor durumu, teknoloji yardımı ile kolaylaştırmaktadır. Arşivcilikte teknolojinin sağlamış olduğu katkılar, günümüzde ve gelecekte yapay zekânın etkili olarak kullanılmasıyla, farklı değişim ve yenikleri beraberinde getirecektir. Bu çalışmada, yapay zekânın arşivcilikteki kullanımlarından örnekler sunularak, mesleki değişim noktasında katacağı yenilik ve gelişmelerden bahsedilmektedir. Konu hakkında yeterli Türkçe literatür bulunmamasından dolayı alanyazınına katkı sağlaması amaçlanmaktadır. Yapay zekânın, arşivcilikteki kullanımına dair yerli ve yabancı literatüre dayalı olarak detaylı incelemeler ve örneklemelerde bulunulmuştur. Son olarak arşivlerde yaygın bir kullanıma sahip olmayan bu teknolojinin uygulanabilmesi için bir strateji ilkesi modeli geliştirilerek katkı sağlayacak öneriler sunulmuştur. | tr_TR |
