| dc.description.abstract | Memlükler, Mısır, Suriye ve Hicaz gibi İslâm dünyasının merkezî bölgelerinde üç asra yakın hüküm sürmüş Müslüman bir Türk devletidir. Bu çalışmada farklı coğrafyalardan memlük olarak getirilen iktidar mensuplarının, dönem ulemâsı ile ilişkilerini hangi zeminde yürüttüğü sorusuna cevap aranmış, konu bu ilişkilerin mahiyetini ortaya koymaya yönelik siyasî, sosyal, dinî, kültürel her alanı kapsayacak şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda bazı dönemsel farklılıklar bulunmakla birlikte, Memlükler'de kuruluşundan yıkılışına kadar iktidar-ulemâ ilişkilerinin, ulemânın sağladığı ve halifenin de önemli rol oynadığı meşruiyet temini zemininde geliştiği tespit edilmiştir. Yönetime doğrudan katılan ve sultanla mutat görüşme ayrıcalığına sahip başkadılar, kadı askerler, dârüladl müftüleri, beytülmâl vekilleri ve muhtesibler gibi üst düzey ulemâ ile sınırlandırdığımız çalışma, giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında Memlük Devleti siyasî tarihi ve teşkilatı ana hatlarıyla ele alınmış, buraya iktidar-ulemâ ilişkilerinin belirleyicileri ile alakalı dönemin yapısının anlaşılması noktasında faydalı olacağı düşünülen bir kısım da eklenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde siyasî ve askerî alanlarda iktidar ulemâ ilişkileri ele alınmış, alt başlıklarla konu ayrıntılandırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise adlî/dinî, sosyal ve ilmî hayatta iktidar-ulemâ ilişkileri üzerinde durulmuş ve çalışma sonuç kısmı ile tamamlanmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | Mamlūks are a Muslim-Turkish state which reigned for nearly three centuries in central regions of the Islamic world such as Egypt, Syria and Ḥid̲j̲āz. In this work, "On what basis do members of the Mamlūk authority brought from different geographies conduct their relations with the 'ulamā of the period?" the answer to the question has been sought. The topic has been examined in a way to cover all areas of life, political, social, religious, cultural, with the aim of revealing the nature of these relations. In this context, -although there are some periodic differences- it has been determined that from the establishment to the collapse of the Mamlūk state, the authority-'ulamā relations carried out on the basis of the legitimacy provided by the 'ulamā and the caliph also played an important role. The work was limited to the senior official 'ulamā such as Ḳāḍī 'l-ḳuḍāts, Ḳāḍī ʿAskars, Muftīs in the Dār al-ʿAdl, deputies of Bayt al-Māl and muḥtasib who were directly involved in the administration and had the privilege of meeting with the sultan as usual. The work consists of an introduction and two main parts. In the introduction section, the political history and organization of the Mamluk State have been discussed in general, and a section has been added here that is considered to be useful for understanding the structure of the period related to the determinants of the authority-'ulamā relations. In the first part of the work, the authority-'ulamā relations in the political and military fields were discussed, and the topic was detailed with subheadings. In the second part, the relations between the authority and 'ulamā in judicial/religious, social and scientific life were focused on and the work was completed with the final part. | tr_TR |
