| dc.description.abstract | Tabip Odasına Üye Olan ve Olmayan Hekimlerin Meslek ve Meslek Örgütüyle İlgili Değer Algıları Üzerine Bir Çalışma - Denizli İl Merkezi Örneği Örgütlenme gereksinimi, tarih boyunca insanlar arasında, belli amaçları gerçekleştirmeğe ve ihtiyaçları gidermeye yönelik olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Mesleki örgütlenmenin ortaya çıkışı da sosyal hayatın doğal ve zorunlu bir sonucudur. Meslek örgütleri, temelde, ilgili mesleğin üyelerinin ortak gereksinimlerini karşılamak ve ortak çıkarlarını korumak için etkinlik gösteren organizasyonlardır. Meslek örgütleri kamu yararını da göz önünde bulundurarak mesleğin en iyi şekilde yapılmasını sağlamaya çalışır. Türk Tabipleri Birliği de 1953 yılında devlet tarafından kurulmuş bir meslek örgütüdür. Bu çalışma üye olsun veya olmasın, Denizli ili şehir merkezinde görev yapmakta olan hekimlerin TTB'ye ve mesleklerine yönelik değer algılarının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla planlanmıştır. Hekimlerle, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yüz yüze, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılarak görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerde hekimlerin meslekleri ve TTB ile ilgili görüşlerini anlamaya yönelik sorular sorulmuştur. Meslek örgütüne üye olma motivasyonları ve olmama nedenleri anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Böylece hekimlerin meslek örgütüne ilişkin değerlerini ve değerlendirmelerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Tez çalışmasında Denizli'deki meslek örgütüne üye olan 22, üye olmayan18 toplamda 40 hekimle yarı yapılandırılmış, yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler tematik içerik analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bu yöntemle görüşmelerde öne çıkan konular bağlam, anatema, tema ve alt temalara ayrılmıştır. Hekimlerle yapılan görüşmeler "hekimliğe ilişkin değerlendirmeler", "meslek örgütünün işlevi", "meslek örgütü-hekim ilişkileri", "meslek örgütü yönetimi" bağlamlarında ele alınarak araştırmanın amacına uygun bir şekilde incelenmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | A Study on The Value Perceptions of Member and Non-Member Physicians to the Chamber of Physicians Regarding the Profession and Professional Association - Denizli City Center Sample Throughout the history, the necessity of organization has emerged among people to achieve certain goals and meet certain needs. The emergence of professional organization is also a natural and necessary result of social life. Professional organizations are those that basically aim at meeting the common needs of the members of a profession and protecting their common interests. Professional organizations try to ensure that a profession is performed in the best possible way by considering the public interest. Turkish Medical Association is a professional organization established by the state in 1953. This study is planned to evaluate the value perceptions of doctors in Denizli whether a member or a non-member to the Association about the Turkish Medical Association and the profession. Interviews were made with doctors in Denizli, by face to face semi-structured interview technique which is a qualitative research method. This study is planned to determine the value perceptions of physicians working in Denizli city center, TTB and their professions, whether or not they are members of the professional organization. Interviews were made with physicians using qualitative research methods face to face using a semi-structured interview technique. In the interviews, questions were asked about understanding physicians' professions and their views on TTB. The motivation of being a member of the Professional organization and the reasons for not being are tried to be understood. Thus, it is aimed to reveal the values and evaluations of physicians regarding the professional organization. In this study, there were semi-structured, face-to-face interviews with 22 physicians who were members of the professional organization in Denizli and 18 who were not members. The data obtained were evaluated by thematic content analysis method. With this method the prominent topics in the interviews are divided into context, main theme and sub-themes Interviews with physicians were examined in the context of "evaluations related to medicine"," function of the professional organization", " professional organization-physician relations" and "management of professional organization" by the purpose of the research. | tr_TR |
