| dc.description.abstract | This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and conclusion. The introduction gives information on the method and major concepts of the study.The first chapter, titled ?Manifestations of the Rationalistic Trend in the Period Before Ab? Han?fah?, provides a general discussion of the manifestations of rationalistic outlook in political, doctrinal, and social spheres in the Muslim community of the first century of Islam. In addition, it investigates major rationalist figures of the century with a special focus on the rationalistic outlook of the Maw?l? personages of the period. The second chapter, titled ?Ab? Han?fah?s System of Thought and Rationalism?, elaborates on the doctrinal views of Ab? Han?fah and the Ash?b al-Ra?y, discussing his relationship with the Murjiah. It also addresses Ab? Han?fah?s rationalist attitude to the Islamic legal thought. The third chapther, titled ?Ash?b al-Ra?y in Islamic Intellectual Tradition?, deals with the polarization of Ash?b al-Ra?y (Rationalists) and Ash?b al-Had?th (Traditionists) on the question of the nature of faith with a special emphasis upon Ab? Han?fah?s contribution to this process. This chapther also deals with Ab? Han?fah?s followers in doctrinal issues. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | Tez, ?giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan? oluşmaktadır. Girişte, tez esnasında takip edilen metod ve kavramlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.?Ebu Hanife Öncesi Akılcı Yaklaşımın Tezahürleri? adını verdiğimiz birinci bölümde, hicri birinci asırda, akılcılığın genel olarak siyasi, itikadi ve toplumsal tezahürlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde hicri birinci asırdaki akılcı şahsiyetler incelenmiş ve dönemin mevali şahsiyetlerinin meslek grupları içerisindeki akılcı tezahürleri konusunda bilgi verilmiştir.İkinci bölüm ise, ?Ebu Hanife'nin Düşünce Sistemi ve Akılcılık? olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Bu bölümde Ebu Hanife'nin dolayısıyla da Ashabu'r-Rey'in itikadi görüşleri ortaya koyulmuş ve Ebu Hanife'nin Mürcie ile ilişkisi ele alınmıştır. Bunun yanında bu bölümde, Ebu Hanife'nin fıkıhtaki akılcılığından da bahsedilmiştir. ?İslam Düşüncesinde Ashabu'r-Rey? adını alan üçüncü bölümde ise, Ashabu'r-Rey ve Ashabu'l-Hadis farklılaşmasının iman düşüncesi eksenindeki farklılaşması ele alınmış ve Ebu Hanife'nin itikadi görüşler ekseninde bu farklılaşmaya olan katkısından bahsedilmiştir.
