| dc.description.abstract | Ortaya koyulan araştırma Haiti'nin Hıristiyanlaştırılması süresinde kullanılan yöntemlerin bir incelemesidir. Çalışmamızın amacı Kızılderililerin uğradığı katliam ve siyahilerin köleleştirilme nedenlerinin analiz edilmesidir. Ayrıca günümüz Haiti'sinin ağırlıklı olarak Hıristiyan olmasında kölelik ve sömürgecilik faaliyetlerinin rolünün değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın önemine ve amacına, araştırmanın metoduna ve kaynaklarına ve kavramsal çerçeveye yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Haiti'de geleneksel dinî inanışlar, siyahilerin inanışları, sömürgecilik ve kölelik ticareti, Haiti'nin Hıristiyanlaştırılma nedenleri, siyahilerde itaat yöntemleri başlıkları ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümde Katolik anlayışının oluşum evreleri, Katolik misyonerlik faaliyetleri, Haiti'de Protestanlığın gelişim süreci, Protestan misyonerlik faaliyetleri, günümüz Hıristiyanlık anlayışının topluma olan etkileri incelenerek bahse konu başlıkları değerlendirilerek Haiti'nin Hıristiyanlaştırılma süreci ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. | dc.description.ozet | The purpose of our study is to analyze the genocide of the Native American peoples and the reasons for the enslavement of Black Africans. In addition, our study exposes the role of slavery and colonialism in today's Haiti is predominantly CHıristian. Our study examines the methods used during the CHıristianization of Haiti. Our thesis consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, the importance and purpose of the research, the method and sources of the research, and the conceptual framework are mentioned. In the first chapter, headlines such as traditional religious beliefs in Haiti, beliefs of Africans, colonialism and slavery trade, reasons for CHıristianization of Haiti, and obedience methods in blacks have been taking place. In the second part of our study, we examined the formation stages of Catholic understanding, Catholic missionary activities, the development process of Protestantism in Haiti, Protestant missionary activities, and the effects of today's CHıristianity on society. By evaluating the mentioned topics, it has been tried to reveal the reasons and process of the CHıristianization of Haiti. Keywords: Missionary, Colonialism, Inculturation, Slavery. | tr_TR |
