Abstract

Health care service implementers and the consumers of health care service can have risk perceptions such as tampering with nature, scientific uncertainty, lack of control, misuse of the relationship between health care service implementers and the consumers. Moreover the relevance to the ethical beliefs and fundamental principles related to the human genetic applications can affect the risk perceptions.
