| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, ?doğu? kökenli bir toplum olarak Türkiye'nin değişim ve dönüşümlerini önemli ölçüde dış etkenlere bağlı olarak yaşadığı varsayımından hareket edilmiştir. Bu çerçevede, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin merkeze oturmasında içsel dinamiklerin ve tarihsel sürekliliklerin belirleyiciliğinin ne denli etkili olduğu araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır.Tezin Birinci Bölümünde, Adalet ve Kalkınma partisinin kökleri ve oluşumu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda, Birinci Meclis'teki 2. Grup ile Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi arasındaki sürekliliklerin altı çizilmiştir.İkinci bölümde ise, Anadolu sermayesinin gelişim süreçleri incelenip bunun Adalet ve Kalkınma Parti'sinin ortaya çıkışındaki belirleyiciliği ortaya konmuştur. Zira, bir partinin başarılı olabilmesi, ideolojik ve sosyo-politik, kültürel unsurlar kadar iktisadi bir dayanağa da ihtiyaç duyar. Hatta, Marxist bir pencereden bakacak olursak, iktisadi bir dayanağa öncelikle ihtiyaç duyar.Üçüncü bölümünde, öncelikle Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kurulduğunda, siyasi sistemin hangi unsurlara endeksli olduğu ortaya konulmuş; daha sonra Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi dönemi dahil 1980 sonrası süreç mercek altına alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çerçevede, devletin kırmızıçizgilerindeki değişmeler ele alınmıştır. Devletçi politikalardan uluslar arası sistemle etkileşim içinde yeni bir paradigma olarak neo liberal politikalara geçiş ve üst yapıda da farklı bir laiklik anlayışına geçiş ve Güney Doğu Anadolu sorunundan `Kürt sorunu'na geçiş olarak özetlenebilecek bir çerçevede yaşanan değişim özetlenmiştir.Abstract This study dwells upon the assumption that, Turkey as a ?east originated society? has lived its changes and transformations largely depending on external factors. In this context, it is analyzed to what extent the internal dynamics and historical continuity became determinent in locating of Justice and Development Party in the center.In the first part of the thesis, the roots and of formation Justice and Development Party are dealt with. In this context, the continuities between the Second Group in the First Assembly (I. Meclis) and Justice and Development Party are underlined.In the second part, the development processes of Anatolian capital are analyzed and its detemining role in the emergence of Justice and Development Party is established. Since, in order for a political party to be successful, economic basis is needed as well as ideological, socio-political and cultural factors. Indeed, the economic basis is primarily needed, if we look from the Marxist perspective.In the third part, the study brings up the factors to which political system was linked when the Republic of Turkey was established; then, the post-1980 period involving the era of Justice and Development Party was considered with utmost interest. In this context, the changes in the red lines of the state were dealt with. The shift from the statist practices towards neoliberal policies as a new paradigm in accordance with the international system, the transition to a different understanding of secularism (laiklik) in the superstructure and the change that can be labeled as a transition from Southeast Anatolian Problem to Kurdish Problem were summarized. | |
