dc.description.abstractSalsola stenoptera ve S. anatolica türleri, morfolojik olarak ayrımı çok güç ve yakın ilişkili türlerdir. S. anatolica türü bazı yazarlar tarafından S. stenoptera türünün sinonimi bazı kaynaklarca da S. stenoptera türünden ayrı bir tür olarak kabul edilmektedir. İki tür arası farklılığın mikrohabitat farklılıklarından kaynaklanıp kaynaklanmadığı farklı morfolojideki örneklerin ekotipler mi yoksa farklı türler mi olduğu daha önce netleştirilememiştir. Türkiye Bitkileri Kırmızı Kitabı'na göre S. anatolica ve S. stenoptera türleri LC tehdit kategorisinde bulunmaktadır, Buna ilaveten, S. anatolica Bern Sözleşmesi Ekliste-1'de de yer almakta olup küresel ölçekte tehdit altında kabul edilmekte ve uluslararası antlaşmalarla korunmaktadır. Morfolojik ayrımı güç olan bu iki bitki Tuz Gölü'ndeki farklı lokalitelerden toplanmış ve ISSR (Inter Simple Sequence Repeats) DNA parmak izi metodu ile farklı türler mi yoksa aynı tür mü olduğunu belirlemek amacı ile çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, S. stenoptera ve S. anatolica türünün ayrı türler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Salsola stenoptera and S. anatolica are difficult to distinguish morphologically. S. anatolica species is accepted to be synonym to S. stenoptera according to some authors while there are others who agree that S. stenoptera and S. anatolica are different species. It has not yet been clarified whether differences between these two species stem from their different microhabitats or not, and if samples with different morphology are ecotypes or another species. According to Red Data Book of Turkish Plants, S. stenoptera and S. anatolica are categorized as LC. Moreover, S. anatolica is listed as globally endangered species by Bern Convertion Appendix I and is under protection by International Agreements as well. In this study these two species have been examined by using ISSR (Inter Simple Sequence Repeats) DNA fingerprinting method. to determine whether they are alike or unlike after collecting them from different locations of Tuz Lake. And as a result of this study, it has been found out that S. stenoptera and S. anatolica are different species.tr_TR
