| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, köpeklerde travma sonrası ekstremitelerde şekillenen kırıkların sağaltımında uygulanan plakla osteosentez operasyonları sonrasında karşılaşılan komplikasyonların radyografik olarak değerlendirilmesi, istatistik oluşturulması ve meslektaşlarımız ile paylaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma materyalini Ankara Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Hayvan Hastanesi Cerrahi Kliniği'ne Ekim 2018 – Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında travma ile gelen klinik ve radyografik muayene sonucu ekstremitelerde kırık tanısı konulan ve plak kullanılarak yapılan osteosentez ameliyatı sonrası oluşan komplikasyonlar incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada olguların 9'u erkek 6'sı dişidir. Olgu kırıklarının 2'si humerus, 1'i femur, 3'ü radius ulna, 9'u tibiada şekillenmiştir. Olgulara uygulanan plakların 8'i DCP, 1'i broad DCP, 1'i köprülü DCP, 3'ü LCP, 1'i T plak 1'i de rekonstrüksiyon plağıdır. Şekillenen komplikasyonlar incelenecek olursa; 3 olguda malunion, 4'ünde nonunion, 1'inde gecikmiş union, 9'unda taşkın kallus, 4'ünde sagittal düzlemden sapma, 6'sında uzun vidaya bağlı yumuşak doku zedelenmesi, 2'sinde plakta eğilme, 2'sinde de vida migrasyonu görülmüştür. Yapılan çalışmada karşılaşılan komplikasyonlar; non-union, malunion, gecikmiş union, implant yetersizliği içerisinde vida migrasyonu ve plakta eğilme, taşkın kallus, vidaların ikinci korteksi 2-3 yivden fazla geçmesine bağlı yumuşak doku zedelenmesi, fragmentlerin sagittal düzlemden sapması şeklindedir. Operasyonun başarısı, hekim bilgi ve becerisine, hastanın mizacına, metabolizma problemlerine, viral hastalıklara, ağrı yönetimine, tedaviye endike olup olmadığına, hasta sahibinin post-operatif süreçteki tedavi ve bakım becerisine, hastanın hareketinin doğru şekilde kısıtlanmasına bağlıdır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.ozet | The aim of this study is to evaluate the complications due to plate osteosynthesis ,which is applied in the treatment of fractures in dogs, with using radiography and making an statistical analysis. The study material consists of dogs who were brought to Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Animal Hospital Surgery Clinic between October 2018 and December 2020. These dogs, who came with trauma, were diagnosed with fracures in the extremities as a result of clinical and radiographic examinations. The complications resulting from plate osteosynthesis were examined radiographically. In the study, 9 dogs were male and 6 dogs were female. In all fractures, 2 of them were humerus fractures, 1 was femur fractures, 3 were radius - ulna fractures and 9 were tibia fractures. 8 of the plates applied to all cases were DCP, 1 was broad DCP, 1 was bridged DCP, 3 was LCP, 1 was t plate and 1 was reconstruction plate. When the complications were examined; malunion(n=3), nonunion(n=4), delayed union(n=1), flood callus formation(n=9), deviation from the sagittal plane(n=4), soft tissue injury due to long screw(n=6), plate bending (n=2), screw migration(n=2) were seen. Complications encountered in the study were basically ;non-union, malunion, delayed union, implant failure (screw migration and plate bending), overflowing callus, soft tissue injury due to screws passing more than 2-3 grooves in the second cortex, deviation of fragments from the sagittal plane. The success of the operation depends on the knowledge and skill of the surgeon, the patient's temperament, metabolic problems, viral diseases, pain management, whether the treatment is indicated or not, the treatment and care ability of the owner of the patient in the post-operative process, and the correct restriction of the patient's movement. | tr_TR |
