Türkiye'de kırsal yoksulluk ve Anamas yöresi örneği

Abstract

This study explores rural poverty in Turkey. in the first chapter, dis- cusses the theoreticai approaches to the problem of poverty. in the second chapter, a review of studies on poverty in the world and Turkey is presented. The problem of the poverty in the ruraf areas in Turkey is investigated. in third chapter, the characteristics of Anamas Region in Turkey, which was selected for the field survey study are introduced. Then, the structural reasons for the rural poverty problem in this region are discussed according to the data coilected. in the conclusion chapter; after given the results of study considering the potential of the region, the possible recommendations to reduce the prob¬ lem of rural poverty in Anamas Region are given. The most findings of this study suggest that; rural poverty be mainly to structural factors such as natu- ral conditions, economic conditions and social conditions.
