Item Avrupa Birliği'ne giriş sürecinde Türk özel sektöründe istihdam ve eğitim politikaları (Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. örneği)(Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, 2002) Serbest, Fatma; Ünal, Işıl; Eğitim Yönetimi ve PlanlamasıThis research has, in the process of accession to the European Union, survey model and casestudy surveys aimed to assess Turkish private sector's employment and training policies in Acquis Communautaire and Turkey's declerates framework on Tofaş Case. Two different semi-structure interview forms with this aim has been prepared, applyed to Tofaş's managers and labourforces. First interviews have been made with Tofaş's manager's about Tofaş's employment and training policies' to assess, in the interviews that made face to face, have been asked employment and training policies about employment and retrenchment, working hours, flexible employment, inform of labourforces, discrimination, employment of foreign labourforces, handicaped labourforces and old sentenced labourforces, labourforce health and labour security, determining of in-service training needs, applying of in- service training, the European Union (EU)'s employment policies about job guarantee and flexible working. Second interviews have been made with Tofaş's labourforces and in the interviews that made face to face, have been asked opinions about Tofaş's employment and training policies. In the end of the research inform of labourforces, employment of foreign labourforces, labourforce health and labour security, determining of in- service training needs, applying of in-service training of Tofaş's policies have suitabled with Acquis Communautaire. Particularly employment and training relations and production organisation have suitabled with the European Employment Strategy in Tofaş. Employment and retrenchment, working hours, flexible employment, discrimination, handicaped labourforces and old sentenced labourforces of Tofaş's Policies have not suitabled with Acquis communautaire. Acording to the Tofaş's labourforces opinions, three-shift, nigth shift, to be not apply flexible working hours, to be not manager of women negative, otherhand inform of lobourforces, employment of foreign labourforces, labourforce health and labour security, applying of in-service training of Tofaş's policies positive. Acording to the Tofaş's managers opinions the European Union (EU)'s employment policies about job guarantee is positive on condition that the Turkish Labor Low changes. Addition the Tofaş's managers opinions job guarantee will have effected to enterprises' competitions negatively. Tofaş's managers want to applies flexible employment particularly in the time of economics crisis. Acording to the Tofaş's labourforces opinions the European Union (EU)'s employment policies about job guarantee is positive but this will have effected to employment in terms of unemployment in Turkey. According to the Tofaş's labourforces opinions flexible working hours positive provided that wage isn't decreased and considering themselves anticipations.
