    Türkiye'deki ilköğretim okul bahçelerinde peyzaj planlama ve tasarım ilkelerinin saptanması

    The aim of this study is to find out the principles in landscape planning of primary schools. The functions of primary schools are stated and the contribution of the facilities in landscape planning is turned into account taking precedence. The most important function of a school is to support children education and development as a whole. All these expected to be met exactly, activitiy areas in the schools garden have an importand role. But, activity areas should be planned to be suitable to kids age, movement capacity, development properties and of course fields of interest. Having these data on hand, we, firstly, investigate the physical, social, logical, and psychological development of the primary school children. Then, the activity areas to support these are found out. Key Words: School and landscape planning, activity areas, landscape of primary schools.
