    Ankara ve Malatya yöresi orbitoides'lerinin kavkı kimyasal analiz ve izotop verileriyle paleoekolojik ve tafonomik yaklaşımlar

    Bu çalışma, İç Anadolu Bölgesi'nde Ankara ilinin Nallıhan ilçesinin kuzey kesimleri ile Haymana ilçesinin güneybatı kesimlerinde ve Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'nde Malatya ilinin Hekimhan ilçesinde Kretase yaşlı formasyonlarındaki Orbitoides'lerin kavkı analizlerini, sistematiğini, paleoekolojisini ve tafonomisini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda Güzelöz, Sivritepe (Ankara), Haymana, Sarıdeğirmen, Beyobası, Ahırlıkuyu (Ankara), Hasanlıkaya (Malatya) olmak üzere yedi adet ölçülü stratigrafik kesit alınmıştır. Orbitoides türü ile birlikte gözüken iri bentik foraminiferlerin cins ve türlerinin de sistematik tanımlamaları yapılmıştır. İnceleme alanlarındaki Orbitoides ve diğer bentik foraminiferlerin paleoortamsal verileri sığ denizel şelf ve lagüner ortamları işaret etmektedir. Orbitoides bireylerinde gerçekleştirilen jeokimyasal analizler (XRF, Raman, Epma) ve izotop sonucunda paleoortam ve paleosıcaklık değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen tüm veriler Nallıhan yöresindeki Orbitoides'lerin karaya daha yakın, kırıntılı sedimanlarda yaygın olduğunu; buna karşılık Haymana çevresinin de karbonatlı ve kırıntılı karbonatlarda sığ platformlarında egemen bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Hekimhan çevresinde ise farklı çökellerde özellikle killi sedimanlarda yaygındır. Jeokimyasal analizlerde Nallıhan'dan Hekimhan'a doğru gidildikçe sığ denizel ortamlarda su sıcaklık değerlerinin arttığı gözlenmiştir. Orbitoides tane boyutlarının sıcaklık ve derinliğe bağlı olarak farklı boyutlarda olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. This study continues to reveal the shell analysis, systematic, paleoecology and taphonomy of Orbitoides in Cretaceous aged formations in the northern parts of Nallıhan district of Ankara province and the southwestern parts of Haymana district in Central Anatolia Region and in Hekimhan district of Malatya province in Eastern Anatolia Region. In this context, seven measured stratigraphic sections were taken: Güzelöz, Sivritepe (Ankara), Haymana, Sarıdeğirmen, Beyobası, Ahırlıkuyu (Ankara), Hasanlıkaya (Malatya). The genus and species of large benthic foraminifers appearing together with Orbitoides species have also been systematically defined. Paleoenvironmental data of Orbitoides and other benthic foraminifers in the study areas indicate shallow marine, shelf and lagoon environments. Paleoenvironment and paleotemperature assessments were made as a result of geochemical analyzes (XRF, Raman, Epma) and isotope performed on Orbitoides individuals. All the data obtained indicate that Orbitoides in the Nallıhan region are clastic sediments closer to the land; on the other hand, the carbonate and clastic carbonates around Haymana are dominant on their shallow platforms. It is common in different deposits, especially in clayey sediments around Hekimhan. In geochemical analyzes, it has been observed that the water temperature values increase in shallow marine environments from Nallıhan to Hekimhan. It was concluded that Orbitoides grain sizes were different depending on temperature and depth.

    Hürrriyet gazetesi: 1948-1953 döneminin yayın politikası

    Thesis study titled as `Hürriyet : Publication Politics of the period of 1948- 1953?, is concerned with the publication politics of Hürriyet during the period from1948 to the year of Sedat Simavi?s, the founder and owner, death and the reasons and conditions through which the newspaper had been published. This study is a press history and consists of four main chapters. In the first chapter, Cold War Period after 1945 and the general features of political and economical structure of Turkey and journalism life of Sedat Simavi are highlighted. In the second chapter, the founding arrangements of (physical and technical structure) Hürriyet and characteristical features of its formal structure are stated. The last two chapters of the thesis are about how Hürriyet evaluated some important facts and events of the domestic policy during the period between 1948 and 1953. In the third chapter, the approach of Hürriyet to the liberation politics on both political and economical fields is examined. In the fourth chapter, the viewpoint of Hürriyet on the major developments related with Islamism, Nationalism and Communism is analyzed. In the thesis, an answer is searched to the question of `the reason of publication of a newspaper? through the professional life of its founder, as well as, understanding of journalism that is directly or indirectly determined by the political, economical and cultural structure of the period. According to this point of view, very essence of Turkey?s unique dynamics of political structure after 1945 was formed by its standing point in international arena. Hürriyet, which was published at this period, followed a publication politics that was not against the dominant politics. Especially, it had a contrary position against the CHP government and the statism politics of CHP, and even though it supported Demokrat Parti, it had also countered to Demokrat Parti.
