    Örgütsel etkililiğin artırılmasına yönelik ihtiyaç değerleme çalışması

    The purpose of this study is to determine the organizational needs andto develop strategies in order to increase the organizational effectiveness.The relationship between some factors and the levels of organizationaleffectiveness are also examined.With this purpose, a questionnaire form prepared by the researcher isconducted to 93 personnel working in the Central Anatolia Blood Centre inJuly-August 2006. The data are analized by Independent Samples T Testand One Way ANOVA. For the need assessment process the statisticaldistiribution variables are used.For the individual level of effectiveness, a statistically significantrelationship found between effectiveness and gender. There is no statisticallysignificant relationship found between effectiveness and age, level ofeducation, working position, being a supervisor or not, supervising duty andworking time.For the group level of effectiveness, a statistically significantrelationship found between effectiveness and being a supervisor or not.There is no statistically significant relationship found between effectivenessand age, gender, level of education, working position, supervising duty andworking time.For the organizational level of effectiveness, there is no statisticallysignificant relationship found between effectiveness and age, gender, level ofeducation, working position, being a supervisor or not, supervising duty andworking time.120The organizational needs are defined through the needs assessmentprocess and possible strategical suggestions are developed in order toincrease organizational effectiveness.The findings of the study are discussed in referance to the relatedstudies in literature.121
