    Aldehit grubu bulunduran crown eterlerin sentezi, kondensasyon reaksiyonları ve kompleksleri

    Bu tez çalışmasında, ilk aşamada çıkış bileşiklerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Bu amaçla, öncelikle tetraetilenglikol diklorür (1), benzo-15-crown-5 (2) ve 4',5'-bis(bromometil)benzo-15-crown-5 (3) çıkış bileşikleri sentezlendi. Çıkış bileşiklerinden, 4',5- bis(bromometil)benzo-15-crown-5'in o-vanilin türevi bileşikler ile reaksiyonundan aldehit grubu ihtiva eden yeni çift kollu crown eterler sentezlendi (4 ve 5). Sentezlenen bu çift kollu crown eter aldehitlerinin 1,3-diaminopropan ve 1,4-diaminobütan ile kondensasyon reaksiyonlarından crown eter içeren Schiff bazları elde edildi (6-9). Sentezlenen bileşiklerin NaClO4 ve KI ile reaksiyonlarından alkali metal kompleksleri sentezlendi (4a-9a ve 4b-9b). Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları element analizi, IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR, ve kütle spektrumları verilerinden faydalanılarak aydınlatıldı.AbstractIn this thesis study, sythesis of starting compounds was realized. For this purpose, firstly starting compounds; tetraethylenglycol dichloride (1), benzo-15-crown-5 (2) and 4?,5?-bis(bromomethyl)benzo-15-crown-5 (3) were synthesized. From starting compounds, double-armed crown ethers which contain aldehyde groups were synthesized by the reaction of 4?,5?-bis(bromomethyl)benzo-15-crown-5, derivatives of o-vanilin compounds (4 and 5). Via condensation reaction of these sythesized double armed crown ether aldehydes with 1,3-diaminopropane and 1,4-diaminobutane, crown ethers containing Schiff bases were obtained (6-9). Via reaction of the synthesised compounds with NaClO4 and KI, alkali metal complexes were synthesised (4a-9a and 4b-9b). The structure of synthesised compounds were enlightened using data obtained from elemental analysis, IR, 1H-, 13C-NMR and mass spectra.
