dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, 5-fluoro-2-(sübstitüefenil)-6-morfolino-1H-benzimidazol türevi bir seri bileşiğin Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli ve Candida albicansa karşı antimikrobiyal etkileri incelenmiştir. En aktif bileşik, 5-fluoro-2-(4-fluorofenil)-6-morfolino-1H-benzimidazol (7), C. albicansa karşı 17 mm lik inhibisyon zon çapı ile flukonazole (18 mm) oldukça yakın bir etki göstermiştir. In this research, antimicrobial effects of a series of 5-fluoro-2-(substitutedphenyl)-6-morpholino1H-benzimidazole derivatives have been evaluated against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. The most active compound 5-fluoro-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-6- morpholino-1H-benzimidazole (7) exhibits 17 mm inhibition zone diameter against C. albicans which is highly similar to that of fluconazole (18 mm).tr_TR
