| dc.description.abstract | Arapça bir sözcük olan ''hamiyyet'' kelimesi, insanın memleketini ailesini ve akrabalarını tecavüz ve hakaretten himaye etmesi gayreti anlamına gelir. Hamiyyet mecmuası içeriği bakımından ismiyle doğrudan örtüşür. Yakınçağ tarihi başvuru kaynaklarının başında gelen mecmualar, birinci elden kaynaklar olması bakımından bizim için oldukça önem arz etmektedir. İncelemiş olduğumuz bu eser, Bonn Üniversitesi ve Eyalet Kütüphanesi (Universıtats- Und Landesbıblıothek) Doğu ve Asya Araştırmaları Enstitüsü Osmanlı-Türkçe Süreli Yayınlar bölümünde yer almaktadır. Yaptığımız bu tez çalışmasında, Hamiyyet mecmuasındaki bütün sayılar transkribe edilerek içerikleri incelenmiş ancak çalışmamızın içeriği gereği bu yazıların tamamına yer verilememiştir. İlk sayısını 17 Nisan 1302/ M. 29 Nisan 1886 senesinde çıkaran Hamiyyet mecmuası, son sayısını 15 Aralık 1302/ M. 27 Aralık 1886 senesinde çıkararak toplam 17 sayıyla yayın hayatına son vermiştir ancak bu son veriş yalnızca Hamiyyet ismi için geçerlidir. Çünkü bu tarihten sonra Hamiyyet mecmuası yayın hayatına Nahid ismi altında devam etmiştir. II. Abdülhamid döneminde (1876-1908) çıkarılan bu mecmua bize dönemin bilim, sanayi ve toplumsal yaşantısı hakkında önemli bilgiler verir. Yaptığımız bu çalışmanın, Osmanlı basın yayın tarihi araştırmalarına mütevazı bir katkı olmasını umarız. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | The Arabic word "hamiyyet" means the effort to protect one's homeland, family and relatives from rape and insult. Hamiyyet magazine directly coincides with its name in terms of its content. Magazines, which are one of the reference sources of the history of the recent age, are very important for us in terms of being first-hand sources. This work is in the Ottoman-Turkish Periodicals section of the Institute of Oriental and Asian Studies of the University of Bonn and the State Library (Universıtats- Und Landesbıblıothek). In this thesis study, all the issues in the Hamiyyet journal were transcribed and their contents were examined, but due to the content of our study, all of these articles could not be included. Hamiyyet magazine, which published its first issue on April 17, 1302 / M. April 29, 1886, published its last issue on December 15, 1302 / M. December 27, 1886 and ended its publication life with a total of 17 issues, but this termination is valid only for the name Hamiyyet. Because after this date, Hamiyyet magazine continued its publication life under the name of Nahid. This magazine, which was published during the reign of Abdulhamid II (1876-1908), gives us important information about the science, industry and social life of the period. We hope that this work will be a modest contribution to the study of Ottoman press history. | tr_TR |
