| dc.description.abstract | Dünyada sağlık hukuku alanının gelişmesiyle beraber psikiyatrların sorumlulukları da ortaya çıkmıştır. Her ne kadar ülkemizde psikiyatrların sorumluluğu daha ön plana değilse de ülkemizde bu alan geliştikçe psikiyatrların sorumluluğu gündeme gelecektir. Psikiyatrların sorumluluklarını bilmesi kendileri için de çok önemli bir durumdur. Bu çalışmada psikiyatrların sağlık hukukundaki bilgi seviyeleri ölçülmüştür. Bilgi sevilerini ölçmek için ankette 22 soru sorulmuş ve anket 207 kişiye yapılmıştır. Sorular internet üzerinden sorulmuş ve cevaplar da yine sorulan mail adresi üzerinden kayıt altına alınmıştır. Bu soruların ne için sorulduğu ve cevaplarla alakalı belirlemeler önceden yapılmıştır. Sorularla birlikte psikiyatrlar sağlık hukukundaki bilgi düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. Soruların içine demografik ankete de yer verilerek demografik olarak da incelenmeye çalışılmış ve cevaplardaki bilgi genel olarak bilgi düzeyleri ve olağan dışı bir bilgi düzeyleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ankete verilen cevaplarla psikiyatrların sağlık hukukundaki bilgi düzeyi tespit edilmiş ve eksik oldukları konu ve noktalarda ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bunun neticesinde de psikiyatrların kendi sorumluluk alanındaki bilgi seviyelerinin nasıl yükseltilebileceği konusunda fikirler elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Along with the development of the field of health law in the world, the responsibilities of psychiatrists have emerged. Although the responsibility of the psychiatrists in our country is not the foreground, the responsibility of the psychiatrists will come into the day as this field develops in our country. It is also very important for them to know the responsibilities of psychiatrists. In this study, psychiatric knowledge levels were measured in health law. To measure the level of knowledge, 22 questions were asked in the questionnaire and the questionnaire was made to 207 people. The questions were asked via internet and the answers were recorded via the e-mail address that was also asked. What these questions are asked for and the determinations related to the answers have been made in advance. Along with the questions psychiatrists measured the level of knowledge in healthlaw. Demographic questionnaire was also included in the questionnaire and it was tried to be examined demographically and the information in the answers was tried to be determined in general about information levels and unusual knowledge levels.
