The Qur'an and Prophet Mohammad's sunnah have been source for all the Islamic scinces for centuries. People used to ask him whatever they wish to learn and did not use to need any source else when Prophet Mohammad was alive. In the second century after passing away of the companion, narration has become an obligation in many fields especially for resolving fıqh requirements. In this work we tried to show how fuqaha who lived in the second century approach to narration and their impact in the development of concepts for dealing with hadith on muhaddithun. The work consists of introduction and two parts. In the first part we tried to uncover the data that contribute to the formation of hadith style concept by examining the works of fuqahas who lived in the second century. Because the topic of the work is wide, we had to dealt only the works of Abu Hanifa and his close students, Malliki and Shafii. In the second part, based on the data that we uncovered, we tried to show differences of terms related to hadith which fuqahas use comparing with their use and the effects of fuqahas on muhaddithun.
