Abstract
In some societies there are types of social organizations that dwell upon kinship relations which can be named as relative or clan organizations and called as sub organizational system. These groups which are formed in the base of kinship, are the most important means of leading socio-cultural life and natural organizing. And marriages among relatives have an essential role in shaping and forming such kind of organizations. In such relations which are based on bloodline, there are marriages amoung the group (generally first degree relatives).In field works, Akçakale and Reyhanlı towns, which are located on boundries, are chosen at random where there are many marriages among relatives. Such kind of works provides us not only which accept traditional life style but also with possibility to understanding the relative organizations that is either unknow or barely known in the geography that we live in.The changes in the socio-cultural life caused by industrialization and urbanization may cause in changes in people in term of culture and values of families and relatives. Therefore, it is predicted that there will be some negative changes in the bonds among relatives. However, although the meanings of the terms such as relationship, clan, kinship and ethnicity seem weak, it will not be a correct approach to indicate that these have vanished completely.Keywords: Cultural organization, organization of relatives, field survey, crime, medical anthropology
