Ortaöğretim okulu yöneticilerinin öz-yeterlik algısı
Abstract
This research seeks self-efficacy perceptions of administrators of public secondary schools in Ankara. School Administators Efficacy Scale has been applied to 450 participants consisting of principals and assistant principals of public secondary schools in Ankara in 2011-2012 academic year. Self-efficacy perceptions of administrators in six factors according to the independent variables which are gender, education, administrative experience and type of appointment, have been investigated. As a result, there is not a significant perception difference according to the education. Female administrators percive themselves more efficacious than males in ?Community collaboration?. In ?Use of community resources? there is a significant difference between the self efficacy perceptions of administrators who have 6-10 years and above 16 years of experiences and those who have 11-15 years of experiences. Self-efficacy perceptions of the administators who are teachers in fact, but assigned as administrators are significantly less than those who are appointed with/without the exam results.
