Organokadmiyum bileşiklerinin ketoksimlerle elektrofilik aminasyonu
Özet
In this study, a CuCN catalyzed amination method was developed for electrophilic amination of organylcadmium iodides and diorganylcadmium compounds with ketoximes. It is observed that, aryl amines can be prepared at room temperature in good to high yields easily by CuCN catalyzed amination of arylcadmium iodides or diarylcadmium reagents and reaction yield was strongly dependent on the structure of amination agent in the synthesis of functional group bearing aryl amines. While some amination reagents gave meta substituted aryl amines in higher yields the other amination agents gave para substituted aryl amines in higher yields. It is observed that, one amination agent was suitable for synthesis of electron withdraving group substituted aryl amines only. All reactions including organocadmium reagents were performed with standard syringe / cannula techniques under dry argon atmosphere. Amines as reaction product were seperated from the reaction mixture as their benzamide derivatives and purified by crystallization from ethanol-water mixture. Their structures were corrected by their melting points, FT-IR and NMR analysis.
