The main aim of this study is to elucidate manager selection criteria of multinational manufacturing firms operating in Turkey when they develop their management recruitment policies. The research will also investigated relavat issues including the motives of appointing a manager from the host country, Turkey, the extend of management traniee and development programs, the criteria for selecting content, suitable traniee and trainer, the location where these programs takes place. In addition the approaches in identfying the appoinment structure of different level of managers (e.g top manager, middle and low level manager) were examined by the research. The primary data were collected through mail questionnaire and interviews in order to examine the recruitment policies of multinational manufacturing firms operating in Turkey. The sample for the research was drawn from the official resources with an aim to cover main characteristics of the population. This study consists of three sections. How multinational corporations emerges, develops and sets its managerial functions with setting up employment strategies and approaching for allocations on Human resources, classifies the strategies to choose international managers and their returns to national stations, are the subject to design. In the first section of this study besides investigations Compensation, wage and employment- employee strategies. In the second section, An application for Multinational Corporations in Manufacturing Industry in Ankara and Istanbul is applied. Instead of issuing on 158Conceptional investigation on Multinational Corporations, application results on Turkey is heavily Studied and try to reach some conclusion. It has been experienced that while Multinational Corporations hires some managers on critical positions from main land, they also employs from the subject countries. Sometimes Multinational Corporations also employ from third countries. Are experience that Multinational Corporations in Turkey is affected by ethnocentric and polycentric approaches while they evaluate their top managers, but for the other positions they use polycentric approaches. Since the local managers are used to their local technology Managerial ability, Customers preferences and cultures etc. more than some one from another Culture besides they do not have any language problems, Multinational Corporations prefers local managers. Also, 91.4% of the Companies who try to develop human resources and research are done by Multinational Corporations in all total Companies. There fore this information leads us to conclude that they highly evaluate the education and development in the companies. These studies are related with all managerial levels. They get this training in either in mainland, or local or third pert of country. They apply some evaluation critics such as technical managerial, and languages ability, are while they are choosing who is going to this educational programs.
