İskemik önkoşullamanın basketbolcuların aerobik ve anaerobik performansları üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi
Özet
The aim of the study is to determine the effect of ischemic preconditioning on aerobic and anaerobic performance in basketball players. Fourteen male basketball players (age: 22,13 ± 4,83 yr; height 192,53 ± 6,05 cm; weight 89,00 ± 7,86 kg; VO2max: 47,23 ± 5,13 ml/kg/min) participated voluntarily. Participants were randomly divided in two groups İsÖ (n=7) ve Sham (n=7). The anaerobik performance was tested with Running Anaerobic Based Sprint Test (RAST) protocol, aerobic performance was tested with Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 2 (Yo-Yo IRT 2). To determine effects of İsÖ on anaerobic performance participants has joined pretest and post test RAST ve Yo-Yo IRT 2 tests. In the analysis of data obtained three variables over Friedman for repetitive measurements are repetitive have used analysis of variance method of measurement, the pre-test and post the difference between the test values for determining from where the difference in the values are detected differences Wilcoxon paired sign test were determined. All statistical procedures processed by using significance level at p <0.05. According to the results Anaerobic performance has no significant difference was detected in anaerobic output (p > 0.05). These differences were detected in 6.8% when expressed as a percentage. The application of IsÖ doesn't change any parametres of Aerobic performance. These results are in line with basketball reveal that aerobic and anaerobic performance not increase.Only anaerobic power is changed. The effect of ischemic preconditioning further studies should be focused on anaerobic power.
