After the Ankara Agreement on 31 October 1961, between Turkey and Germany, the first worker convoy immigrated to Germany in order to work. After a half century beyond the emigration authors and poets with Turkish roots started to produce literature in Germany and founded a place within the German literature.The first works of these authors in the 1970s were at first called as guest worker literature or foreign literature. Turkish rooted authors improved themselves during the time and have been accepted as the presenters of migration literature, multicultural literature and intercultural literature.The autobiographic Novel ?Große Reise ins Feuer. Die Geschichte einer deutschen Türkin? written by Seyran Ateş in 2003 which is the focus of this study is a result of the migration. Seyran Ateş who is a fighter for women rights and a lawyerdiscusses in her work the fight for revolution and equality of women.Seyran?s culture conflict between German and Turkish cultures, her struggle and her fight to get equality are examined in this study from the women perspectiveand in view of the modern narrative techniques that are used in this novel
