Abstract
"Anouthorative contracts and their legal consequences" Our study consists of two chepters excluding the introduction. İn the first chapter we have analyzed the contracts whit authority and without it respectively. Authoritive contracts have been divided into three sub-divisions as follow: Representation according to the source from which he takes the authority, representation according to the consequences it aimed and putting end the representation. And representation without authority has been tackled under the following headlines: its legal nature, its kinds, relevant concepts and historical background. Chapter two has been allotted to the legal consequences of the representation without authority. İn this chapter, the legal validity, the argument pro end against it and representation without authority in dept law end family law have been analyzed. Later on, we dealt with the problematic of one who represents and who is represented and third person. As the one who represents without authority delivers the goods to someone else, it is regarded as usurpation and it necessiates some legal consequences, we lastly tackled this problem.
