Damızlık bobwhite bıldırcın rasyonlarında değişik selenyum kaynakları ve vitamin E'nin üreme performansı üzerine etkisi
Özet
In this research, the effect of different selenium sources and vitamin E on the reproductive performance in the bobwhite quail breeder diets were investigated. A total of 126 mature bobwhite quail used in the experiment were divided in 6 groups of 3 replicates, 5 female and 2 male were placed into according to "Randomized Blocks Design". The control group contains 0.2 mg/kg inorganic selenium and 26.6 IU/kg vitamin E. The treatment groups 0.150 mg/kg inorganic selenium: 0.150 mg/kg organic selenium; 75 IU/kg vitamin E; 0.150 mg/kg organic selenium and 75 IU/kg vitamin E: 0.150 mg/kg inorganic selenium and 75 IU/kg vitamin E were added to the control ration respectively. During the 10 weeks of experiment, egg production of control and experimental groups were 85.14%, 74.47%, 85.91%, 86.95%, 88.25% and 74.38%; egg weight were 11.40g, 11.17g, 11.36g, 1 1.43g, 1 1.20g and 1 l.20g; egg hatchabilitv were 80.91%. 85.41%, 86.27% 89.73% 85.22% and 89.64%; hatchability were 77.37%, 78.21%, 79.22%. 86.63%, 67.34% and 80.98%; fertility were. 95.74%, 91.41%, 91.74%. 96.50% 78.36% and 90.37%; feed consumption were 23.30g, 22.98g, 23.63g, 23.25g, 24.23ğ and 22.97g; feed efficiency for egg production were 3.90, 4.53, 3.89, 3.87, 3.81 and 4.58; feed efficiency for egg weight was 3.44, 4.03, 3.45, 3.40, 3.44 and 4.08 were found respectively. According to the variance analysis, at the end of the experiment, the difference among the groups in point of the hatchability and fertility were found statistically significant (p<0.05). However no significant differences were found in the egg production, egg weight, egg hatchability, feed efficiency for egg production, feed consumption, feed efficiency for egg weight.
