Genetik erkısır ayçiçeği (Helianthus annuus L.) hat ve hibritlerinde doğal tozlanmanın verim ve verim öğeleri üzerine etkisi

This work was conducted on experiiricrualfieM of Agronc^Depart^^ University in 1997 and 1998. The trial was designed in randomized block design with three replications. The aim of this work was to determine effect of open pollination on tin yield aid vield components of genetic mate-sterile lines and hybrids of sunflower. In this work; six genetic mate-sterile lines were paUinated openly with Ekiz-1 variety and sUlrybridsfFi hybrids 1.2^,4,5,6 ) were obtained in 1997. According to the results of the first year of this work; the rnean^ne of son» characters in hybrids and Ekiz-1 variety such as plant height, head diameter, stalk yield, a thousand seed weight, husk ratio, oil ratio and seed yield wen obtained between 116.14-143.03. 167.59 cm; 13.85-18.47, 18.93 cm; 213.52- 421.67, 594.02 kg/da; 41J7-75.91, 57.56 g; 23.09-28.09, 27.09 %, 48.00-53.00, 51.67 % and 136.26- 171.32, 170.29 kgtta respectively. In this work; three hybrids (F| hybrids 4,5,6) and three genetic male-sterile lines and control Ekiz-1 and Super-25 (hybrid) varieties were used as a material in 1998. According to the results of the second year of this work ; toe mean value of some characters in hybrids, lines, Ekiz-1 and Super-25 varieties such as plant height, head diameter, stalk yield, a thorrwml seed weight, husk ratio, oil ratio and seed yield were determined between 132.48-153.71, 111.02-138.31. 156.23. 131.63 cm; 14.53-17.81, 1*45-15.17, 17.07. 16.37 am 370.73-595.58. 420.62-t70.74. 678.64, 561.07 kg/da; 44.66-35.74. 49.74-50.31. 42.46. 46.93 g; 29.85-32.15. 26.96-33.31, 30.76, 26.88 %; 53.00-58.00, 52.33-56.33, 52.67, 59.33 % and 132.24-162.17, 128.12-142.26,153.30,137.34 kg/da respectively. The hybrid vigour (Heterosis ) was obtained between 3.62-30.88 % in the plant height, - 4.22-23.52 % in the bead diameter. -15.29-41.60 % in the stalk yield. -10.58-12.06 % in the a thousand seed weight, -9.73-10.72 % in the husk ratio, -3.57-3.57 % in the oil ratio and -6.39-26.44 % in the seed yield. It was also found positive correlation seed yield, stalk yield, head diameter and plant height: oil ratio, a thousand weight, seed yield, stalk yield and head diameter, seed yield, a thousand weight and stalk yield ; oil ratio and husk ratio.
