Asmada kök stres transkriptomlarının belirlenmesine yönelik mikrodizin analizleri
Özet
Grape (Vitis vinifera L.), shows relatively high tolerance to drought stress. Phylloxera (Phylloxera vastatrix radicicola) damage made the use of insect-resistant rootstocks necessary in many areas of grape cultivation. However, although Vitis vinifera shows relatively high tolerance to drought, the drought tolerance of most rootstocks is often quite low and this causes yield and quality loss in grapes grown in arid areas. However, some rootstock varieties, such as 110R, 140Ru, 99R, are more drought tolerant, whereas others, such as 5BB, 5C, and SO4 are less drought tolerant than V. vinifera L. Comparative analysis of root gene expression patterns of drought tolerant V. vinifera with drought sensitive rootstocks would provide useful information towards better understanding the molecular basis of drought tolerance in grapes. In this research, we comparative analyzed drought stress treatment root transcriptomes of Cabernet Sauvignon (Vitis vinifera L.) and the rootstock Kober 5BB (V. berlandieri X V. riparia) using the Affymetrix Vitis Genome array ver. 2.0 generated from leaf and berry transcripts. İn 5BB rootstock, 1279 (745 up and 534 down) transcripts were determined within the 1925 (807 up and 118 down) CS types with expression difference. When the transcripts induced in the root against drought stress were compared in type and rootstock, no significant differences could be observed.
