The priorproblems of the disabled persons are accessibility, employment and discrimination.Countries are making regulations in order to solve these disability problems.Especially serious measures has been established against to disability discrimination.Disability rights must be always protected by humans because as a final fact,everyone is either disabled or will be surely disabled in the future.
