Özet
Dissatisfactions of Peace Treaties that ended World War I have an important role in eruption of World War II in 1939. As a result, foreign policy among countries has been reformulated. The economic burdens of the Treaty of Versailles and the conditions created by this peace settlement made Germany responsible for starting World War II. Aggressive Policy of İtaly, United Kingdom's' policy switch, The United States' policy of isolation and Soviet Unions' policy of staying out of European İssues- caused by regime shifts- consisted secondary causes of the World War II. During to the World War II Turkey performed balance policy and became successful to protect its neutrality. However unlike Turkey, Greece could not achieve to be out of the war. As a result military, political, social and economical relationship between Turkey and Greece were reshaped. In this context this thesis examines in detail how Turkish Policy towards Greece was formulated from 1939 to 1945.
