Diferansiyel puls voltametrisi ile ilaç analizleri
Özet
Differantial pulse voltammetric tecnique is powerful analytical tecnique which is increasing inutility in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical analysis and design of biosensors. It is used asan alternative or complimentary tecnique to other analytical methods due to it?s simple, rapid, sensitive, selective and without the need for sample time-consuming pretreatment comparedto other analytical tecniques. Method is routinely used by several industrial, university andforensic laboratories.Experimental section of this study the electrochemical oxidation of atorvastatin calciumwas studied in hydroalcoholic media (10:90 methanol: water, pH range 1,8-12,00) usingdifferantial pulse voltammetry at the glassy carbon electrode. Experiments were performed inBR, phosphate and acetate buffers and in 0,1 M H2SO4 solutions in a broad scan rate intervalin order to see the effect of nature of the supporting electrolyte, pH and scan rate on thereactions. In 0,1 M H2SO4 the molecule was characterized by two well defined and separatedvoltammetric peaks. At above pH 2.0, only one peak was observed. Under optimizedconditions the current showed a linear dependence with concentration in the range between2 x 10-6 M-8 x 10-5 M in both supporting electrolyte (0,1 M H2SO4 and pH 3 BR buffersolution)Key Words: Differantial Pulse Voltammetry, Drug Analysis, Atorvastatin Calcium,Determination.
