Özet
In this thesis, preferred because it is easy to prepare instant black tea investigated the amount of migration of lead and arsenic, which has many negative effects to the human body. Four private labels that widely consumed in our country of instant black tea samples were taken, and the amount of migration both the packaging and the brewed tea was investigated. Instant teas brewed for 5 minutes at 70°C, 80°C and 90°C the migration of lead-arsenic levels were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption unit. As a result of the analysis packages of teas, arsenic and lead migration values were calculated under Turkish Food Codex
