During development process, sport is also effected with the industrialization by advances in social structure especially the changes in means of mass communication. Besides leisure time activity, professional sport which has appeared as a result of historical development of sport has a visual of a big sector that aims to profit and provide millions of people with employment. Nonetheless, sport activities have a global scope that influences big range of people and is influenced by massive actions, become the subject of national and international relations in social structure, have an economic dimension in financial structure. At the present time, when sport is mentioned, what comes to mind is football. The stage football has reached is that circulation of huge amount of money exists, it effects other sectors of industrial market and is effected by these sectors, determine the supplydemand. Media raised its capability of effecting social life through the development of means of mass communication and has started to be used as the most effective means in influencing and directing daily life. The fact of becoming industrial sector of football enabled football clubs to manage themselves with commercial mentality and to be consumed by reproducing with media just like all other sports. By means of this advance, football gained both economic and political statute among public. Therefore, football was also seen as the methods of becoming popular and obtaining justification. Economic and political statute of football in social structure makes organized crime groups whose aim is to make money and get advantage, have relationship with this sector. This situation makes people and group that are involved in organized crime activities be interested in football, be the chairman of football clubs or support the individuals they want to promote to executive committee of football clubs. Consequently, organized crime groups get contact with football in order to make money, to be popular and to get justification.
