A Comparison of Primary School's Computer Curriculum in 15 European Countries and Turkey and Evaluation of Turkey's Situation Çiğdem özgen M. A. General features of Turkey and 15 European Member Countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Greece, The United Kingdom [England, Wales, North Ireland], their primary education systems and how computer lesson program takes place their curriculum have been mentioned in this survey in order to reach its aims. The tried show the situation in Turkey by comparing the Computer Curriculum (from 1st to 6th grades) at Primary Education in England and the Computer Curriculum at Primary Education in Turkey (4th and 5th grades). In this survey, the horizontal approach which is one of the comparative training systems has been used.
