Kan lekelerinden absorbsiyon-inhibisyon ve absorbsiyon-elüsyon metotları ile yapılan ABO kan grup tayinlerine çevresel faktörlerin etkisi
Özet
Impacts of Environmental Factors on ABO Blood-Typings from the Blood-Stains Through the Methods of Absorption-Inhibition and Absorption-Elution In this study, the impact of time on blood-typing and the sensitivity of these methods were investigated, carrying out blood-typing during two years by means of absorption- inhibition and absorption-elution methods, frequently employed in blood stains on cloth, carpet, wall paper, ceramic surfaces, cement block, brick, garden soil, lime soil and fertilized soil, green leaf and tree trunks that can readily be encountered on the spot event has occured. In view of the results of this study, it has been concluded that there is no clear difference between the two methods by which blood-typings have been carried out from the stains made but absorption-elution method has yielded negative results on garden soil, lime soil, and fertilized soil in shorter periods of time.Key Words: ABO blood groups, absorption-inhibition, absorption-elution, blood stains, environmental factors.
