In this research it is investigated that The Job Satisfaction Levels of Counsellors Working at the Guidance Research Centres in Ankara in terms of whether there is difference between some variables.Sample of the research consists of 121 counsellors working at 15 different guidance research centre in Ankara in fall semester during the 2009?2010 curriculum year. 94 teachers accepted to fill the questionnaire and their data were used. The research data were collected by using the job satisfaction scale and personal information sheet. Anova and t-test methots were used to evaluate the result.In this study, the counsellors; gender, age, amount of working time, marital status, education level, graduation variable, tecnological efficiency of working conditions, the relationship between the management of institution, are examined as subscale of job satisfaction.According to the finding of the research, the guidance counsellors working at the guidance research centers there is no the job satisfaction levels of significant difference between gender, age, marital status, education level, graduation variable, amount of working time, tecnological efficiency of working conditions. However there are some the levels of job satisfaction were looking to their score significantly difference between the variable of having good relationship of guidance counsellor with the management of institution
