İç Anadolu bölgesindeki bazı şeker fabrikalarında üretilen şeker sanayii artıklarının ruminantlar için metabolik enerji değerlerinin saptanması üzerine bir araştırma
Abstract
This research was carried on to determine the matabolizable energy values of beet pulp and molesses produced in some sugar factories in Central Anatolia and to find out the differences among these by products. In this research, to evaluate the metabolizable energy values of sugar industry by products, in vitro methods for both forages and concantrates were used. For sampling during the sugar production period one sample for each month of production period was provided from each factory. Triplicate samples were taken from each feed and treated with (Sigma C-9422) Sellülaz enzyme produced from Trichoderma viride. Organic matter digestibility and metabolizable values of molesses were respectively 88.24 % and 2298 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Afyon; 88.24 % and 2294 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Ankara; 88.24 % and 2303 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Eskişehir; 84.70 % and 2242 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Kayseri and 85.83 % and 2310 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Ilgın, respectively. Organic matter digestibility and metabolizable energy values of sugar beet pulp were 72.15 %, 2787 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Afyon; 72.56 %, 2804 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Ankara; 72.74 %, 2810 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Eskişehir; 67.94 %, 2629 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Ilgın; 68.64 %, 2652 kcal/kg DM in the samples of Kayseri respectively. Key Words: In vitro, Sugar Beet Pulp (dried), Molasses, Metabolizable Energy, Organic Matter, Digestibility.
