Türkiye'de yetişen bazı farmasotik bitkilerin x-ışınları floresans emisyon transmisyon tekniği ile incelenmesi
Abstract
It is known that a lot of pharmaceutical herbs growing in Turkey are widely used pharmacy and public health by aim at cure randomly. In this study, inorganic contents of diuretic herbs of Folia Betulae, Stylus Maydis, Flores Verbusci, Equisetum Arvense and Flos Helichrysi were investigated by using Emission-Transmission method of X-ray Fluorescence technique. In the biological sample analyses in which enhancement effect is neglectable, for Emission- Tranmission method which is applicable without using reference material, herb samples were prepared in dry and wet forms. The leaching ratios of elements in these herbs in the period of steaming were calculated. In these herbs which are used in the cure of kidney diseases, toxic elements were not found. It was observed that the other element contents in the dry and wet forms are different. Key Words: X-ray fluorescence technique, pharmaceutical herbs Emission- Transmission method.
